SUMMER 2021 IN NORTH SPAIN - Travel between the U.K. and Spain has now resumed and this will result in increased interest in property purchase. Post Brexit rules now apply resulting in more restrictions for U.K. citizens purchasing here, but depending on personal circumstances, buying a property is still possible. Activity in the local market has now begun to increase with some renewed interest in the rural market from Spanish nationals. Prices are still subdued and there remains a healthy supply of rural property, especially in need of renovation.
